ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTIAL HEALTH CARE FACILITIES:
Miami-Dade County Department of Emergency Management will launch the new Residential Health Care Facilities website on January 2nd, 2024. The website is no longer accepting CEMP Review Fee payments. The last day to have paid for the 2023 CEMP year was on December 4th. For all facilities submitting for the 2024 CEMP year, please wait for further instructions. Instructions will be sent via email or paper mail. All facilities must download all past CEMP and EPP Approval Letters and save the facility's CEMP information on a word document. No updates to your facility's CEMP can be made after December 15th.
New website released on Jan 2nd, 2024.

All Residential Health Care Facilities must submit their Emergency Plan (CEMP) and pay the Review Fee on an annual basis.
If you are submitting a NEW Emergency Plan (CEMP):
• Select Facility Type
• Enter Facility Administrator's Last Name
• Leave the Facility ID field empty
If you are UPDATING an Emergency Plan (CEMP) for an existing facility:
• Select Facility Type
• Enter Facility Administrator's Last Name
• Enter the Facility ID Number
The Facility Type, Administrator's Last Name and Facility ID Number must match the information kept by the Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management.
If the Facility ID Number field is not completed, it is assumed that the facility is submitting a new Emergency Plan.
All questions must be answered and all documents, including agreements, must be uploaded onto the website. All the required annual agreements must be original copies, signed and dated for the current year, and valid for at least one (1) year. Electronic signatures are not permitted.
The Review Fee must be paid when submitting your facility’s Emergency Plan information. Payment of these fees can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express). When making payments, please match the credit card’s billing address with the address on the credit card statement.
Missing information and documents will delay the approval of Emergency Plans (CEMP). Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management will not review a facility’s plan that has not paid the mandatory Review Fee.
