Description: A line layer shape file of Miami-Dade County's Urban Expansion Area (UEA). The boundary was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) as per recommendation. The Urban Expansion Area is the area where current projections indicate that further urban development beyond the 2020 UDB is likely to be warranted sometime between the year 2020 and 2030. Until these areas are brought within the year 2020 UDB through a Plan review and amendment process. Those areas are allowed to be used in a manner consistant with the provisions set forth for lands designated as "Agriculture" or the applicable "Open Land" area.

A polygon of the CDMP application's subject and is required to order mailed notices for all property owners within a specific radius distance of the subject application's subject property boundaries.
